Card Spray Bottle Buying Guide
A practical checklist for your next packaging inquiry.
Discuss your project ↗
Capacity and dimensions
Confirm the nominal capacity, usable fill volume, external dimensions and closure height. Check how the bottle fits your intended retail pack or travel kit. Do not infer capacity from a photograph.
Formula and materials
Identify the liquid and relevant characteristics before choosing materials. Ask for the material specification of the bottle, pump and seals, then arrange compatibility testing with the actual formula. Packaging alone does not establish sanitizing efficacy or regulatory compliance.
Pump and closure
Review the spray pattern, output per actuation and priming behaviour. Check closure fit and leakage under the conditions your product may encounter. Agree on a sample evaluation method suitable for your own distribution and use.
Are card spray bottles refillable?
Refillability depends on the closure and bottle construction. Ask whether the selected model is designed to be opened and refilled, and request the relevant use and cleaning instructions. Do not assume a sealed spray bottle is refillable because it looks similar to a refillable model.
Artwork and decoration
Request the decoration area and artwork requirements for the selected design. Check logo size, contrast and required label information at actual size. Clarify colour references and approval steps before production.
A useful quote request
Include the bottle or reference image, liquid type, quantity per design, colours, artwork, destination and timing. Ask the supplier to identify exclusions, sample costs, MOQ and delivery terms so quotations can be compared fairly.
Discuss a custom designWhat is the MOQ for custom card spray bottles?
MOQ depends on the selected bottle, colour, decoration and quantity per design. Ask for a written quotation against one defined specification. A stock sample, a decorated sample and a new mould can have different costs and lead times.
How do I choose a perfume card spray bottle?
Begin with the actual fragrance formula and its intended use. Confirm the bottle, seal and pump materials, review the spray pattern and evaluate the formula in the proposed packaging. Include filling and closure requirements in the sample brief.
Can the same bottle be used for every liquid?
No single appearance establishes compatibility. Confirm the material and pump specification and evaluate the actual formula before committing to a bottle.
Are sample details the same as the final order?
Confirm the approved version in writing, including the artwork, components and any differences between a stock sample and the final specification.
