Tell us the intended liquid, bottle format, target market, quantity per design and desired delivery date. If the formula is not final, flag that early so compatibility questions remain visible.

02 / Explore the design

Share your logo and artwork as well as preferred colours and finishes. Confirm the available decoration methods, printable area and component options for the selected bottle. For a new shape, discuss tooling scope and feasibility separately.

Custom logo card spray bottles

For a custom logo project, share the logo file, quantity per artwork and intended label information. Ask for the print area and colour limitations of the selected bottle before finalising the design. A quotation should identify which decoration steps and sample approvals are included.

03 / Review samples and artwork

Check the sample for handling, closure, spray pattern and formula compatibility. Review artwork placement and legibility at actual size. Keep a written record of the approved specification and any requested changes.

04 / Confirm order details

Confirm quantity, price, packaging, delivery terms and lead time in the quotation. Requirements differ by design and decoration; final MOQ and schedules are agreed for the selected specification.
